Our house is set on 25 acres on a secluded bend of Commissioners Waters which provides us with a large body of water directly in front of our house. Extensive and private gardens surround the house leading down to the water. Birdlife in the garden is bountiful and provides constant enjoyment.

Visitors comment on the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the property. We can't see any of our neighbours although they are about 1km away.

We are 5 mins drive from the Blue Hole and Gara Gorge, both popular natural tourist attractions for visitors to Armidale.

Mobile phone reception is limited although achievable if you stand in the right spot!!

Arrival time can be reasonably flexible if your booking is made well in advance. Time of departure is 10am unless otherwise prearranged.

We have one charismatic goose - Mo, and two Cavalier Schitzu dogs called "Winston" and "Darcy", along with three guinea fowl who all delight us every day.

When you arrive, please drive down towards the garage ignoring the parking signs we have for our Cafe on Sundays. There are often kangaroos on the drive into our property too so it is best to obey the 10kph speed sign!

The cultural city of Armidale, home to the University of New England and three private schools - PLC, NEGS and TAS - is just 10 mins away.
