With real wood fire in the lounge, Hillcrest Cottage is ideal for a mid-winter romantic interlude and a perfect honeymoon destination. Other facilities include split system reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV/DVD, CD player/radio, a fully equipped kitchen with full size gas stove and microwave oven, fridge, toaster and all kitchen equipment. To take full advantage of the views to Springbrook and the Cougal Mountains, double glass sliding doors lead from the lounge to your private verandah ~ where you’ll find your own gas BBQ, sun lounges and outside dining suite for alfresco dining.

Separate from the lounge is your QS Bedroom, large ensuite bathroom with top of the range luxury double spa bath and separate shower, heater, hairdryer, robes, candles and a selection of toiletries.

Cottage guests can either choose to fully self cater or have their kitchen stocked with breakfast provisions, including some of our famous home-made bread and free range eggs.

Hillcrest is centrally located to 5 World Heritage Listed National Parks, horse-riding, golf, scenic village drives, arts & crafts markets, galleries, boat excursions, pristine beaches, untouched rainforest and more. We have extensive local knowledge, a wide range of tourist information on-site and will gladly help you plan the best things to see and do during your stay in our beautiful Tweed Valley.
