Linley Point Harbourview is a spacious 2 bedroom cottage in one of the best locations in suburban Sydney. There are magnificent views of Sydney Harbour and the city skyline
from the front garden and views across the Lane Cove River from the living room and terrace. The cottage is comfortable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It has a large main bedroom with a Queen size bed, and large living room which opens onto a terrace with an outdoor setting and BBQ - ideal for a BBQ all year round! The kitchen is also spacious with electric cooktop, microwave oven, electric oven and fridge /freezer. The second bedroom has a single bed and a folding bed suitable for children/ There is a hand-basin, shower and toilet in the bathroom, and there is a washing machine in the laundry. For entertainment , there is a flatscreen TV , DVD player and CD player too.

Our home is next door on a separate block of land, so we are available to assist with tourist activities and will take you to the local shopping centres and orientate you with transport options when you arrive.

Linley Point is approximately 10 Km from the city centre. Public transport is available - approximately 5 minutes walk to a local bus that connects with a bus or train to the city. If you don't mind walking - direct city transport by bus is about available at Hunters Hill about a 15 minute walk .

We often receive visitors fro the UK. One family stay in the cottage for 6-8 weeks every year during our summer = UK winter !
