Skyrail takes you on an unforgettable journey over and through Australia's World Heritage listed Tropical Rainforests, in the Barron Gorge National Park.

Spanning 7.5kms, Skyrail Rainforest Cableway has comfortable six person gondolas which glide just metres above the canopy providing spectacular views of the rainforest, tropical Cairns, the Coral Sea and the Cairns Highlands. Your Skyrail experience also includes time at two mid-stations.

At Red Peak Station, Skyrail's Rangers provide guided boardwalk tours, sharing their knowledge of these ancient tropical forests amongst giant buttress roots, towering Kauri Pines and climbing wait-a-while palms.

Barron Falls Station has easy access walkways to three separate lookouts providing breathtaking views of the Barron Gorge and Falls. Here you can also visit the Rainforest Interpretation Centre which Skyrail developed in conjunction with CSIRO to provide an informative and fun learning experience.

The meeting point for the Djabugay Aboriginal Guided Tour is also at the Interpretation Centre. This experience provides a fascinating insight into the Aboriginal history, language, culture, stories and traditions of the indigenous rainforest people through a personalised, small group on a natural rainforest trail.
