Boutique 3 storey walk up resort. Splendid location on Surf Parade,being ideally positioned between the heart of Surfers and the reataurant scene of Broadbeach. Just 1 street from the water and those beaches of lapping waves and golden sands.
Bus shelter directly across the road to service Surfers Paradise,Main Beach and all the theme parks.
A mere 4 minute walk to Florida Gardens G train station.
Each apartment is fully self contained. All have queen beds. The kitchen has the lot with oven,cooktop,microwave,fridge freezer and dishwasher.All crockery and cutlery are supplied. Laundry facilities of washer and dryer are in each apartment.
There is a 81cm tv with over 80 cable channels as well as a DVD player. Every apartment has it's own complimentary daily 500mb of WIFI. And there is a balcony with outdoor setting
Secure remote/entry free carparking is available..The pool is heated and the bbq area divine.
A more relaxing,quiet,suitably located and appointed property at such an affordable tariff would be hard to find
