Our Wellington Studio is the perfect space for couples to unwind. Suitable for up to 2 adults, the fully self-contained eco-friendly studio has a QS bed with quality linen, comfy armchairs, flat screen TV and a spacious separate bathroom (with bath tub) and separate toilet. There is a well-equipped kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, toaster and cooktop with 2 hotplates. A washing machine is also available. Use the studio as a stop-over on your way to or from the airport, or stay for a week and use it as a base from which to explore southern Tasmania.

The Sugarloaf Apartment is a fully self-contained eco-friendly 2 BR apartment suitable for families, or couples who like plenty of space when on holidays. Clean, welcoming and light with quality bedding and linen, the Sugarloaf Apartment is a great home away from home for up to 5 people. Outside there are views across paddocks to surrounding countryside and hills. Inside, the well-equipped kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, toaster and cooktop with 2 hotplates contains all you need to cook a meal should you wish to eat in, or use the BBQ on the outside patio and enjoy the view! This apartment is wheelchair friendly with level access throughout, hobless shower, wide walkways and accessible bathroom facilities. The only bathroom in this apartment is accessed through the main bedroom and is very spacious. A washing machine is also available.
