Visitors have the unique opportunity to visit a colony of wild little penguins in their natural environment. See the little penguins come ashore every night to feed their chicks and socialize with their partners. Experience the pleasure of listening to the penguins 'sing' to each other and watch them go about their lives oblivious to your presence.
During the peak breeding season (October to January) you can expect to see over 100 penguins come ashore nightly. The tour commences at dusk and lasts about 70 mins. Visitors are requested to wear warm dark colored clothing and not bring torches or cameras (your guide will provide penguin friendly lighting).
Bookings are essential as there are only limited seating and parking on site. Please contact your guide for more details. There is no charge for this activity although donations are most welcome.
