Just being there, watching the kangaroos, the wildlife and breathing in the fresh mountain air, is an experience of a lifetime. If you want some action, the recreational opportunities within the property and at your doorstep, offer something for everyone whether it be bush walking, mountain bike riding or taking advantage of the nearby Horse Trail Rides.
Being close to Mount Buller, Mansfield town, Lake Eildon and Jamieson there is no better property to call home while you visit the surrounding areas and take in all that the High Country has to offer.
The House is designed to take full advantage of the magnificent position. Built from local stone, the open plan design of 40+ squares offers an inviting living area whether its for 2 or 12 people. Massive wooden beams support the vaulted timber ceiling of the living area which features a sunken lounge around a huge stone fireplace, a popular place to reflect on the day.
Bedrooms consist of main bedroom upstairs with a queen bed, full en-suite and balcony with commanding views over the valley, 2 large downstairs bedrooms with a queen bed, king single with trundle and an additional small bedroom upstairs containing two single beds. A magnificent Tasmanian Ash kitchen with W.I. pantry, double oven and breakfast bar. Open plan living with 2 lounge areas, indoor as well as outdoor open fires, under floor heating, sunken TV viewing area and dining for 10 - 12 people. There is an indoor spa room that opens up to the outside terrace. A covered outdoor entertaining area consists of a hooded barbeque, seating for 10 - 12 people and outdoor fireplace for those evenings you want to sit outside and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this magnificent property.
