Colour television, reverse cycle airconditioning and washing machines supplied. Each unit has an undercover patio with large table and chairs for alfresco dining. Off street parking for cars and boats.

Safe and secure fenced area for children to play.
In the park directly across from the units is a free shire BBQ facility.
A 5 minute walk to main shopping centre complex with supermarket (IGA) bank west, ATM, newsagency, post office, cafe, Chinese restaurant, Real Estate. and local hotel.
10 minute walk to second shopping centre. New Bistro/Cafe, Bakery, Tavern, Hardware, Clothes Shops, Real Estate Offices.
World Class Skydive - Surf Shop located Bashford Street (across from main Shopping Complex)
Pristine, protected beaches and the local town jetty are across the road from the units.

NO SMOKING IN UNITS (outside only). SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED.
