Water levels are still rising (12:10).<\/p>\n<p>People are advised to avoid Worcester town centre today (Sunday 9th of February) because roads in the area have become\u00a0impassable due to floods, causing severe traffic problems in the area. \u00a0The AA warn driver not to attempt to drive through flood water.
