La Villa de Soledad is built on a small hilltop, with fantastic views of the Cangrejal River and Pico Bonito National Park. It is also located within the buffer zone of the Nombre de Dios National Park. Its natural setting is truly unique, with many trees that are native to the forest, many of them producing tropical fruits. From our vantage point, we always have a cool breeze that blows up or down the lush Cangrejal River Canyon. The site is so truly unique that words can not describe it. You must come and see it for yourself. Many a guest has come for one night and stayed for several days…
Activities include outstanding birding, hiking in the tropical rain forests and some of the best white water rafting you will find in Central America. Our slogan, "Relax in Nature" will ring a bell when you see our hammocks generously distributed around the property.

We have had guests from around the world, and are proud to say they have all left extremely satisfied. For us, it has been a true honour to have them as guests in our home and provided what we feel is some of the best Honduran hospitality to be found!
