Annie’s House is a quaint cottage set in a pretty wine village between Saumur & Chinon. Birdsong, scenic vineyard walks & cycle paths, and local markets, restaurants, wineries & châteaux are close by.

Reflecting the regions charm, tuffeau stone walls, terracotta tiles and wooden beams feature throughout Annie’s House, and to ensure home comfort, the cottage is presented and equipped to a high standard.

The first floor comprises of a light and airy double bedroom from which a wooden staircase** leads to the ground floor living room. Leading off the cosy living room is the kitchen, and bistrot area. Adjoining the kitchen is a generous sized shower room.

Outside living comprises of an open courtyard lined with the pretty Pierre de Ronsard roses and a terraced private garden which looks out across la-belle-vue. Both areas are furnished with chairs & tables providing fabulous spots for outside living. Enjoy the serenade of birdsong and there is a bq for your personal use during your stay.
