The restaurant, usually in the splendid Drawing Room overlooking Carlingford Lough, uses the best of Irish produce and herbs & vegetables from the gardens. Head Chef Stephane Le Sourne has created an exciting menu with innovative and creative dishes. Dining is at a leisurely pace and you have your table for the whole evening but it is advisable to book in advance.

Their bedrooms all have sea or mountain views and they have been recommended in the‘Best 100 places to stay in Ireland’ every year since 1998 by John McKenna in his Guide to Ireland.
