This home sits at the bottom of Mount Tamahunga on a pretty 28 acres only minutes away from the busy Matakana village. It is a quiet hideaway tucked away from busy life surrounded by trees but yet close enough to everything that you will need for a great summer holiday. The beaches of Omaha, Tawharanui Regional Park are only a short drive away as are the famous vineyards of our area. A short drive will take you to many of these. On the rainy days the movies at Matakana are a great way to sit out the rain.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, in addition we have a self contained one bedroom studio at the end of the house just perfect for grandma and grandad! The kitchen is spacious as are all the living areas, there is a fire just incase the weather turns chilly (hopefully not!!)
After a long day at the beach enjoy a glass of wine in the evening with a barbeque sitting out under the grapevine covered pergola.
Two Kayaks are also available for you to use.

The house is available for a total of 7 weeks, either take the whole summer or just a week!
