Chateau Mont Clair is a 5 star luxury Guest House set on a 17 acre private hillside estate overlooking beautiful Akaroa Harbour enjoying 360 degree unobstructed panoramic views of the harbour with its mountain backdrop. It is situated exactly 2.kms from the centre of the seaside town of Akaroa and a mere 4 minutes drive from the many good restaurants in the town.
Bookings are essential as we have only two luxury en-suites, both having large walk-in showers and their own private patios.
Chateau Mont Clair was built as recently as 2011 and is probably the finest house in Akaroa.
We cater for an adult clientele and do not accept children and pets. We are a non-smoking property.
Welcoming, friendly service is provided by the owner/hosts, Gerry and Anita Trott.
Our rates are for two people sharing either a King Bed en-suite (our Versailles Room) or a Queen Bed en-suite (our Parisan Room) and include full breakfast, wifi and safe car or helicopter parking.
Akaroa is situated 80 kms from Christchurch on the Banks Peninsula.
