This is very special, English owners have created paradise in NZ with a hint of British seaside thrown in( minus the weather !!) Driftwood is a million miles from a basic holiday home, a delightful seaside cottage overlooking the vines and out to sea. Immaculate and charming it is a large open plan studio with Wallace Cotton linens & stylish beachy interior. Bach@Driftwood is located on our 15 acre waterfront vineyard. We are a few kms to an all tides white sandy beach and have our own private beaches a short walk away. The Bach sleeps 2 in huge style and comfort. We're happy for children to stay on a put-me-up, and have another cottage available for friends or family.

Enjoy total privacy & breathtaking sea views, lots of special touches, fresh herbs to pick, and a fire pit with a stock of dry wood and marshmallows waiting.
Arrive to soya candles, huge movie selection, original art and great magazines, including car & boat mags for the boys!

Wonder through the vineyard to the waters edge, take the dingy for a row.... there is a boat launch for all but low tide if you have your own boat. The snapper fishing off the rocks is good.. This is the perfect example of the classic Kiwi bach but polished and just for two.
Good larder supplies, including our own olive oil and wines, are laid in so our guests can arrive without bringing the kitchen sink!
