The open plan living and dining area looks out on to an expansive view of Wellington’s beautiful harbour. From here you can watch ships and yachts pass by, or occasionally catch sight of a pod of dolphin or visiting Orca. The living room is equipped with Sky TV and stereo, and you can connect your laptop with free broadband internet access.

The beautiful master bedroom gives you sea views – it comes complete with a Queen size bed and semi-ensuite bathroom. All cotton linen is provided too. Nothing beats breakfast in bed with a view of the beautiful ever-changing seascape.

The second bedroom has a tiltaway queen sized bed and all linen is provided. The second bedroom has been cleverly designed so that it can be also be used as a second dining room.

Although Seatoun beach is only a five minute walk away, you don’t even need to go that far to enjoy the water. Seaward is equipped with a spa, which is carefully positioned to make the most of the stunning view.
