Anyone who had seen the property before Klaus Ploenzke and Eckart Witzigmann took over would be amazed by what has been accomplished at Cas Xorc. Just over 15 years ago the ancient finca was just a shell of it former self. It was badly in need of love. The site, with its rolling olive and orange groves and views of the mountains and sea was picture perfect, but it took vision to see what could be built here.

After a lot of planning, hard work and painstaking attention to detail, the old farmhouse was given new life. Room by room it was lovingly restored. Modern comforts were added and old-world charm preserved. The final touch came with decoration and furnishings fitting of the home’s original splendour.

Today Cas Xorc offers its guests a chance to immerse themselves in the Majorca of yesterday without giving up the comforts of today. Thanks to the efforts of a visionary what was once a rundown farm is now an oasis of relaxation and charm in the heart of the Mediterranean. And the best part of it is, we are all welcomed in to share the dream.
