Delightful listed cottage in seaside small village of Bucks Mills. Few minutes walk to beach with sand and rock pools at low tide. The village is in an 'Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty' with lovely walk from cottage. The North Devon coastal path crosses the village with Clovelly in one direction and Peppercombe in the other.
The cottage is well equipped for four people There are two bedrooms king sized double + double adult sized bunks, bathroom with heated towel rail etc, all electric kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave etc, sitting/dining room, satellite TV, radio, etc. Heating is by storage heaters. No charge for electricity. Own garden. Parking in no through road outside cottage.
Prices from £275 - £720 per week. Short breaks available out of season and at short notice from £85 per night (min. two nights). Changeover day is Saturday but flexible at Christmas and out of season. 10% discount to previous visitors.
