The cottage became available for letting following renovation and refurbishment to a high standard, sympathetic to its character with a contemporary theme. Sleeping 6/7 in 3 bedrooms, with pocket-sprung mattresses on well-constructed beds with high quality bedding ensure a comfort-as-home experience; a king-size on one landing, a double and a twin room accessed from a separate large landing, allow room for an extra child in a guest bed (provided) or baby in a cot.There is a large house bathroom with electric over-bath shower and heated towel rails.

All towels and bedding are included, but quests need to provide their own beach towels.

Downstairs, a beautiful solid wood floor offers style and quality in a large beamed-ceiling lounge with exposed stonework, around an open-hearth wood-burning stove. It is furnished with settees and chairs, TV, DVD and a CD player with a radio and Broadband Wi-Fi for your enjoyment and convenience. Across the hall is a dining room with seating for six/seven, around an extendable table, off which there is a separate completely renovated kitchen, with all cooking appliances, crockery and cooking utensils. There is a newly built separate utility area with a washing machine, tabletop freezer and dishwasher.

Electric storage heaters have been installed throughout. A basket of logs is provided for the woodburning stove.

A back porch allows access to a fully enclosed private garden divided lawned with flower beds which enjoys full sun all day. Outside there is parking for 2 cars at the front of the cottage where there is also seating area enclosed by a newly built ‘Cornish hedge’ and bordered by new planting.
No smoking is allowed in the cottage. No pets are allowed.

Arrival time is from 4.00pm and departure is 10.00am
