The property has all the character and ambience one would expect from a period property with beams, flagged floors and beautifully crafted bespoke features. Guests are warmly welcomed with homemade refreshments on arrival served in the beamed guest lounge with wood burning stove and spectacular views of the surrounding country side.
All prices include refreshments on arrival, drinks tray, toiletries, Wi Fi , limited off road parking , secure bike store and a wide choice of breakfast options catering for all diets. All you need for an enjoyable stay! Two Twin en-suite rooms, both of which can be converted into super kings and a double en-suite room available.
Each of our three bedrooms has been individually designed with great attention to detail.
Twin Room 1 - has the flexibility to convert into super king if desired, decorated in a country Victorian cottage style boasting a spacious en-suite bathroom with large original caste iron bath and plenty of hot water to have a truly indulgent soak after a day exploring. There is also a beautiful Victorian shower over the bath for those who prefer.
Twin Room 2 -has the flexibility to convert into super king if desired, this room has outstanding views to the surrounding countryside and also has a large stylish panelled shower en-suite.
Room 3 Double room- has a country charm appeal with a beautifully hand made double bed and surround. A very stylish en-suite with quality fitments.
There is a large cosy guest lounge complete with wood burning stove and fantastic views of the fells and surrounding countryside. Refreshments are served in here on arrival and guests are encouraged to relax, able to share their experiences with other travellers.
