We offer a large choice of Breakfast options, including vegetarian and can cater for special diets on request if sufficient notice if given.
We are also only a 5 minute level walk from:

So easy to reach from road, sea, or rail.

We are also very close to Exmouth's shopping centre, cinema, lots of local cafes, bars and restaurants, swimming pool/leisure centre, shows/dances at the local Pavilion, bowling alley, and various local festivals/markets held throughout the year.There are various watersport companies close by for paddle boarding, kite surfing etc.
Pleasure cruises run along the River Exe, Jurassic Coastline, Torquay, Brixham etc or if you'd rather stay on land a scenic 25 minute train ride will take you to the Historic Cathedral City of Exeter complete with its new state of the art shopping precinct.
