With full central heating, the accommodation comprises a light and airy open-plan sitting/dining room/kitchen and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/tumble drier, a microwave, gas hob and electric fan oven. Sleeping a total of four people, there are two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. Each room is equipped with a TV, radio, alarm clock and hairdryer. A CD Player and DVD are also available. A cot, child’s bed, baby bath and high chair can be provided on request. There is free WIFI/ISDN. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided.
The market town of Hailsham which is well supplied with all amenities is only a mile away.

Of particular interest is the restored Art Deco cinema which shows all the latest films, and the Leisure Centre with a swimming pool and flume. The building is strictly non-smoking. We can provide a wide variety of garden games including croquet, chess, giant snakes and ladders, giant pick up sticks, and hi-tower, and a gas barbecue is available for use in the summer. With views out over the fields the south facing ‘loggia’ captures the morning sun and together with the terrace is a delightful location for eating ‘al fresco’ at any time of the day whilst enjoying the mature garden and watching the visiting birds and other wildlife. Only seven miles from the sea and the South Downs National Park, this secluded and peaceful venue is well located for touring Sussex, Kent and the Home Counties. Eastbourne, Hastings, Lewes, Tunbridge Wells, Battle, Rye and Brighton are all towns which merit a visit, and there is a half-hourly train service to London from the local station.
