We have a wide range of many different types of stationary steam engine, including some which are now unique - the only one of its kind now left anywhere in the world! Our oldest engine is now 180 years old. Admission is free (donations welcome) with free unlimited parking on Morrison's Supermarket car park. Full disabled access and toilets. An ideal place to visit on a cold and rainy day! Note that the Museum is normally closed except on steaming days,and on volunteers' working days (Wednesdays & Sundays), when the museum is open, but the engines are not in steam
