The house is on a working farm and well off a small country road, in the middle of grassland grazed by cattle. There is a big wildlife pond in the garden and chickens laying eggs of all colours for breakfast.

There are two double ensuite rooms and a twin bedded room with private bathroom opposite. Rooms are large with lovely views over garden and farmland. Downstairs is a guest lounge with open fire and a piano and a dining room with a big mahogany table where breakfast is taken. Home grown and local produce is used for breakfast where possible - poached fruit from the garden, home produced eggs and tomatoes and excellent locally produced bacon and Lincolnshire sausages.

The Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is a short distance away as are many interesting market towns. Historic Lincoln and the Coast are within easy reach. There are many Antiques shops and much Aviation Heritage of great interest, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the East Kirkby Aviation Heritage Centre being two well-known ones. The countryside is great for walking, cycling , riding or just relaxing and recharging the batteries and you will find a warm welcome at Baumber Park.
