This unique bed and breakfast offers a stylish base for a few days break or for a longer holiday. It is situated on the seafront with glorious sea views from three of the rooms and is just a short stroll away from all the amenities and attractions of the resort including a Sea Life Centre, The Pleasure Beach, Crazy Golf, Wildlife Gardens, Joyland, the Hippodrome Circus and miles of golden sand. And if you're a business traveller in the oil and gas industry, you'll find us located a conveniently short drive from the North Sea Heliport. You will have your own set of keys so you can come and go as you please.

We offer a choice of five rooms each in a unique style; three doubles with sea views, one double room with no view, which means it is quieter on weekends, and one family suite - a double bedroom with a separate children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds accessible only through the adult bedroom. Every room has an en-suite shower room, flat screen TV with freeview channels, tea and coffee making facilities, memory foam mattresses and BT infinity wi-fi throughout. All our rooms are upstairs, the ground floor being occupied by an elegant tea room called Flutterbies, always highly ranked on TripAdvisor, and a tapas bar/bistro called Champagne Charlie's. If you aren't keen on stairs, book room 4 or 5 which are up a single flight of 17 stairs and also benefit from being on the same level as the dining room.

Breakfast is included in the price of your stay and is served between 8.30 and 9.15 am. It is served in our shabby chic promenade dining room where you will have your own table at which to enjoy a freshly-prepared home cooked meal in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
