Utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Conservatory, patio, garden on three sides with furniture, lawns and flower borders. Single garage 16ft 6" by 7ft 6"in Cedar Way, the cul-de sac to the left of the hose as you look at the front door.
Close to all amenities, local shops and Sainsburys. Fresh milk, tea and sugar put in for arrival and plenty of tourist maps and details. Books and Games provided.On road daily permits available for zone 5 parking.£2 each.
