The Steam Rocket is a British, custom built, sleek, aluminium caravan - a reminder of bygone 1950’s Americana.

Situated in a quiet corner of a Somerset garden, the caravan has amazingly perfect close views of steam trains chugging by on the West Somerset Heritage Railway line. Buzzards soar overhead, tawny owls hoot in the evenings, and bountiful stars are displayed overhead in Exmoor’s International Dark Sky Reserve.

The Steam Rocket is luxuriously fitted out with fluffy towels, feather duvets and Egyptian cotton sheets and has a unique side-lifting wall onto a secluded wooden deck bringing the countryside into the caravan.

A continental breakfast will arrive on request in the morning with a mouthwatering selection of items, many homemade. The Coleridge Way is a mere 500m away and footpaths abound from your doorstep.

A wonderful hideaway for couples wishing to enjoy the steam trains, the rolling hills of The Quantocks, the remote landscapes of Exmoor National Park and the walks along the South West Coastal Path.
