Tucked under the Scots Pines, in a quiet daisy meadow behind their 200 year old home, the Thomas-Wrights have designed a comfortable log cabin for lovers of the outdoors and open air living.

Looking out over the rolling landscape and the huge, ever-changing skies, The Little Lodge has a veranda to relax on with your wine, beer, hot chocolate or a good book...

The simple and comfortable studio room is cosily furnished with bunk beds and a sofa bed or a single bed. There is also a DVD player for cosy nights in, to watch a movie. All the bed linen is supplied, just bring your own towels. There is plenty of storage space for clothes too. If you stay for longer than a week your hosts offer a personal laundry service too.

All of this comfort and tranquillity is topped with beautifully large, ever-changing skies and awesome sunsets ...

The Little Lodge can sleep a family of 4 or 1-3 adults.
The Little Lodge has its own well equipped, adjoining kitchenette, separate from the main living space, where you can prepare and eat your food - all that is needed for a relaxing break or an extended stay.

You can order home-made organic bread to be warm and ready for you in the morning, and free range eggs are available from the family’s own happy, healthy hens & ducks!
The Little Lodge kitchen can be supplied with an Organic Breakfast Hamper for your first breakfast if you wish. Choose from Homemade Bread, the croft's own free range eggs, butter, preserves, milk, fruit juice, tea, freshly ground coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, porridge oats. They can also make your breakfast and deliver it to you if you fancy a treat!
