These Victorian Guest Houses are in a prime location to visit many of Scotland's best attractions, golf courses and shops.
We have 11 rooms in total,10 are en-suite and 1 single with it's own private shower room. In both houses, we have various seating areas for our guests. There is a games room with pool table and darts. We can also provide BBQ and table tennis (weather permitting). Sky TV is available in one of the seating areas while the other two have flat screen TV's, one a 47" free view. Wi fi is available in most rooms and in all the common areas. There is some 'off street' parking and ample public parking, all free with no time limitations.
All the rooms have quality linen, comfy beds, designer toiletries, tea/coffee and flat screen TV's with DVD's.
We will give you a warm welcome and hope to make you relax and feel at home during your stay.
