The hotel also has a walled vegetable garden and commercial poly-tunnel producing fruit and vegetables for our kitchen, all meat and fish is sourced from local suppliers and we cater for various diets including celiac and vegetarian.
There is easy access to local walks and the Annandale way, we are close to the local Eskrigg Nature Reserve where you can see red squirrels or birdwatch from the well equipped hides. We are also convenient for access to the A74/M6 motorway and the popular B7076 cycle route.
We are an ideal base for touring the Borders, Dumfriesshire and Cumbria, and with easy access to the A74 motorway are just over an hour from Glasgow, Edinburgh, the lakes, and the roman sites on the road to Newcastle.
