Five bedrooms, four shared shower/bathrooms, free parking off road, Complimentary: - Tea/Coffee in the lounge/dining area. Breakfast available: - Light @£6.00 juice, cereals, fruits, yogurt, breads tea/coffee or Full cooked Scottish @£10.00 all above plus cooked with local meats & our own hens eggs. Also Free From, all on request. Kitchen for clients use, Iron/board, cycle safe, drying, garden area with a tree swing, garden furniture, dog walking from our gate. Free Wi-Fi

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE garden has area for smoking. Pets are welcome with their own bedding a charge £5.00 walking from our gate.
