Kinkell is on the coast, south and east of St.Andrews. The farm runs down to the sea and has spectacular views of the coastline to the North and West towards St.Andrews. As well as golf at St.Andrews the new Castle Course and the courses of the Fairmont St.Andrews hotel are adjacent and Kingsbarns, Crail and Elie and many other courses are close by. Kinkell is also ideally situated for enjoying the other attractions of St.Andrews, the university and historic buildings, as well as the scenic coastal villages, gardens and houses, and the sea and spectacular beaches. If you choose to eat out the area offers a wide choice of good places to eat and drink.

St.Andrews and Kinkell can make a useful base for more extended tours. Sandy and Frippy will be happy to help you plan local and extended tours and assist with booking golf, restaurants an onward accommodation.

The former farm steading, adjacent to the house, provides the opportunity for a number of different layouts for functions. Corporate Events, balls, twenty firsts and weddings have all been catered for and it is possible to organise events for up to 500 people and more for student events.
