We offer both en-suite rooms and rooms with private facilities; free off-street parking, free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee making facilities in each room.
We also pride ourselves on offering our guests a warm comfortable stay and a hearty breakfast in the morning, with a wide choice of things to eat and drink.
There are plenty of things to do in the area, with wonderful walks, world-famous fishing spots and great places to visit and shop. We are also only 32 miles south of Edinburgh, and we are a convenient half way point for England and the Highlands of Scotland.
