This is an ideal place to unwind and relax but with plenty to do in the area if you are more inclined - good cycling, excellent walking, bird and wildlife spotting, pony trekking, Go Ape nearby, golfing..... lots of history in the area too - this is Rob Roy Macgregor country! Take a trip on the SS Sir Walter Scott or the Lady of the Lake from the Trossachs Pier three or so miles down the road. All in price - good quality bedlinen and towels provided, kindling and logs supplied, electricity included. We have lots of repeat business which says it all!
One bedroom has a double bed, the other two singles; both bedrooms have good quality oak furniture with double aspect windows. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need for your holiday - there's even a Cafetiere! Dishwasher, fridge, electric hob and oven, washing machine and small freezer at the back of the cottage.
We have a quality HD TV with Sky, lots of DVD's, CD's and games to while away the rainy days. Outside there is a wonderful deck area with gas BBQ, or why not sit in our 'Wendy House' across the garden - open to the fantastic view and sunsets o'er the loch. There is a firepit inside - one of our guests even cooked a whole beef joint on it!
Our cottage is very popular with dog owners - we welcome well behaved dogs and ask owners to not let them in the bedroom areas or on the furniture out of respect for non-dog owners. Well behaved children welcome too!!
