The accommodation is spacious and gracious with wide arched halls and open fires, two staircases and a large farmhouse style kitchen with an Aga and internet access. There are two large reception rooms (one with Sky+ HD films and sports) both have ample seating so that guests can congregate comfortably. All the bedrooms have pretty views and none are over-looked. Children love to play hide and seek both in the House and Gardens and there are plenty of peaceful corners for adults to hide and read a good book in tranquillity! Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed in the main house.
This property is unique and superior in size and therefore is very popular among big groups and extended families for weekend breaks and celebrations as well as the typical bucket and spade family holidays. There are two wonderful sandy beaches nearby with caves and rock pools to explore as well as safe bathing. Also there are lots of quaint pubs, bars and restaurants providing delicious food and real ale made from local produce. There are numerous local sports and outdoor activities such as coasteering, golf, walking, kayaking, archery, horse-riding and clay pigeon shooting. There are many interesting days out for all the family including Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park. Throughout the year there is a wide variety of local shows and exhibitions. In fact there is something for everyone at Hafod Grove.
