Each cottage is No-Smoking, and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, coin-operated washing machine and tumble drier, hardwood and slate floors with in-floor heating, a gas fireplace, large jetted tub, additional half bathroom upstairs, screen porch. The comfortable king-size bed and down duvets ensure a good night's sleep.

In addition to our one-bedroom cottages, in which the bedroom is upstairs, we have a couple of two-bedroom cottages, where the additional bedroom is on the ground floor. We are very centrally located in the Matanuska Valley for many activities: Independence Mine at Hatcher Pass, Reindeer Farm, Musk Ox Farm, Iditarod Trail Headquarters, Matanuska Glacier hikes, kayaking on the Matanuska River, hiking and cross-country skiing,..........

Further afield, we are approximately one hour from Anchorage's International Airport, 1.5 hours from Girdwood and the Mt. Alyeska ski resort, approx. 1.75 -2 hours from Whittier (for glacier viewing cruises), three hours from Seward (for a cruise of the Kenai Fjords and the Alaska Sealife Centre), 5 hours from Homer (halibut fishing capital of the world).
