The Black Duck has over 8 acres of land to wander, rock outcrops, wild blueberries in season. We are off the beaten path and therefore not surrounded by tourist hordes. The advantages are fewer tourists and more peace and quiet, but sometimes limited cell reception and a bit further to restaurants ( there are a few within 15 minutes or so of Corea).

We are located in a tiny fishing village and are just across the street from one of the most photographed harbors in Maine.

This is a wonderful place to explore nature, watch for eagles overhead, maybe a moose or deer, fox or rabbit....fabulous kayaking (rentals nearby). We have many writers, photographers and artists who return year after year. Over 24 years in business.
