The Shelburne Country Inn is a historic hotel on the Washington coast, established in 1896. Ambience includes 4-star dining, gourmet breakfasts, a cozy pub and antique furnishings throughout. It is the oldest continuously operating hotel and restaurant in Washington State. Major refurbishings have been accomplished in the past 35 years, bringing the old inn up to modern standards of comfort and elegance. Stained glass windows which were salvaged from an old church in Morecambe, England were installed in the front of the building to create a lounge now called "The Inglenook Lounge." A grand piano resides there and occasional musical performances are featured.
The cuisine draws upon the rich bounty of the pacific northwest region, and the restaurant and pub serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant features an award-winning wine list and the pub has six micro-brewed beers on tap, as well as an espresso machine.
