Parts of Crawley, Maidenbower and Three Bridges have flooded today as the river Mole once again bursts it's banks. Other local areas such as Rusper, Charlwood, Gatwick and Horley have also been affected.
Heavy rain last night and frequent heavy showers during the day have caused river levels on the river mole and subsidiary rivers and streams to rise to dangerous levels, and in places, burst river banks flooding roads, walkways and even homes.
Maidenbower near Crawley has seen particularly severe flooding, with a small local stream bursting it's banks, flooding roads and putting homes at risk...
