Dumfries is one of many places across Scotland today as heavy rains bring more flooding to the UK. The river Nith runs through Dumfries and has burst it's banks in the Whitesands area, flooding roads, homes and businesses.
Water levels continue to rise and police are asking people to avoid the town centre.
