As Ex-hurricane Bertha makes it journey across the UK, it is leaving behind a trail of destruction. Heavy rain in Scotland has brought severe flooding to the town of Elgin. The AA say that roads in the area are looking more like rivers today, and over 200 homes have been evacuated. A crisis centre has been set up at Elgin High School for locals evacuated from homes.
