Happy New Year! Tonight millions of people lined the banks of the river Thames in London to watch the New Years fireworks. As predicted it started to rain shortly after 11pm on New Years Eve, but that did not stop the show. On the stroke of midnight 2 million pounds worth of fireworks lit up the sky of London in a show that lasted over five minutes.

You can't really see it in the video but this years NY fireworks were even more special because it was the worlds first multi-sensory fireworks display. You could see the fireworks, hear the fireworks, smell the fireworks and even taste the fireworks. Spectators Strawberry smoke, orange flavoured bubbles and banana flavoured confetti.
