On Sunday the 10th August, as the UK was hit by stormy weather caused by Ex-Hurricane Bertha, residents in Hull were shocked to see a mini Tornado uproot trees and cause damage to cars and property.
An unnamed woman was injured whilst getting into a taxi. An uprooted tree crashed into the vehicle and she was sprayed with broken glass. She was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary, where she is this evening receiving treatment for minor injuries and shock.
