Dozens of boats have capsized whilst taking part in the Norther Ireland regatta, as the tail end of Ex-hurricane Bertha brings high winds and stormy seas, triggering an emergency evacuation involving several lifeboats and a helicopter from the neighboring Republic of Ireland.

10 people have been treated for hypothermia after their two-member sailboats tipped over in Strangford Lough. Nobody has been reported missing.
