After a stormy day of high winds and heavy rain affecting northern parts of the UK on Saturday, a second area of low pressure is expected to pass by North West Scotland on Sunday, bringing further winds of up to 80mph and possibly causing more disruption to travel in the area.
The Met Office have issued a second Yellow warning of severe weather for the following areas: Highlands & Eilean Siar, Orkney & Shetland, Strathclyde. This weather warning is in place until 4pm on Sunday.
As well as possible travel disruption, large waves, particularly around times of high tide, may overtop exposed coasts and causeways.
